User Agreement

By creating an account and using JobFinder, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use this service.

As a user of JobFinder, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of job boards and employers
• Not abuse, harass, or send spam through the service
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security features

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

By uploading or storing content (such as resumes, cover letters, and job preferences) on JobFinder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store and process your content for service provision
• Use your content for job matching and recommendations
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our service
• Retain content for compliance and backup purposes

You retain full ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to violate any job board's terms of service
• Attempt to automate job applications beyond what JobFinder provides
• Send unsolicited messages to employers or recruiters
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Access or search the service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices
• Transmit any harmful, malicious, or illegal content

JOBFINDER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You breach any provision of this User Agreement
• You engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
• We believe your use poses a security or legal risk

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the service. Your continued use of JobFinder after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
